Toronto Harbour Lunch Cruise

Join us for a 2-hour, premier cruise and chef-plated, three course lunch onboard Odyssey — the newest luxury yacht cruising the Toronto Harbour.
Boarding Location:
Queen’s Quay Terminal, 207 Queen’s Quay West, Toronto
Cost:
$87.00 per person - taxes and gratuities included (Cash Bar)
Itinerary:
Boarding: 12:00 noon
Cruise: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m

Underground pay parking available 1 block west on the south side of Queen’s Quay (Harbourfront Centre Parking Lot, 235 Queens Quay W).
Transit:
GO Train or Subway to Union Station, and transfer to the Harbourfront (509) Streetcar
– or –
a 15 minute walk south along York Street then west on Queen’s Quay.

Fall Auto Tour

This year's Fall Self Drive Auto Tour will forego the usual back-roads “follow the leader” scenic tour that we have provided in the past. Instead, participants will drive directly to Oshawa where we will enjoy a private tour of the Parkwood Estate, the former home of the late Sam McLaughlin, Canadian auto baron and founder of General Motors of Canada.

The tour of the Parkwood Estate will be followed by a self-pay lunch at the One Eyed Jack Pub & Grill. Following lunch we will have another private tour of the Canadian Automotive Museum.

Peel Region’s G.E. Booth Wastewater Treatment Plant Tour

Ever wonder what happens to the “water” when you flush the toilet? 😊
Here’s an opportunity to tour Peel Region’s G.E. Booth Wastewater Treatment Plant, one of the largest facilities in Canada, located on the north shore of Lake Ontario in south-eastern Mississauga. The Plant treats about 500 million litres of wastewater each day, serving about 1.5 million residents from Peel and about another half million residents from southwest Toronto.
A complex physical, biological and chemical treatment process is used at the Plant to treat the wastewater, ending with treated effluent water being discharged back into Lake Ontario.

Amazon Fulfillment Centre Tour

Here’s an opportunity to tour Amazon’s Brampton Fulfillment Centre, which is a robotics sortable facility, where Associates ship items smaller than a conventional microwave alongside robots.
The Centre covers an area of over 500,000 square feet, storing about a million items, and employing approximately 500 workers. They process about 25,000 orders per day during regular operation and more than 50,000 per day during peak times such as the holiday season.
NOTE: THIS TOUR WILL REQUIRE YOU TO CLIMB AT LEAST ONE SET OF STAIRS AND WALK APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE.
