Amazon Fulfillment Centre Tour
Wednesday, March 4, 2026
(Limited to 25 Attendees)​​
This Tour was originally scheduled for October 21, 2025, but was cancelled by Amazon due to operational issues at the Facility, and it has now been rescheduled.
The Centre covers an area of over 500,000 square feet, storing about a million items, and employing approximately 500 workers. They process about 25,000 orders per day during regular operation and more than 50,000 per day during peak times such as the holiday season.
Please note the facility’s expanse and that the 60 minute Tour will involve walking about a mile and climbing or descending at least one set of stairs.

Legislative Assembly of Ontario Tour
Wednesday, March 25, 2026
(Members, Spouses and Associate Members Invited)
Limited to a maximum of 35 people

Ontario’s Legislative Building with its distinctive exterior pink sandstone quarried from the Credit Valley, was officially opened in 1893, after six years of construction. Its architectural design is characterized by the heavy stonework, rounded archways, domed towers and detailed carvings. Inside, the building features cast iron columns with detailing, oak floors and panelling and inner walls constructed with over 10 million bricks. The Legislative Chamber is lined with beautiful wood carvings, and the walls and ceiling painted with murals.
The guided tour of Ontario’s historic Legislative Building will explore the beautiful architectural features, provide a history of Ontario’s Parliament, and end with a viewing from the Public Gallery of the Legislature’s “Question Period”, with the Legislature scheduled to return from winter break that week.

Sheridan College’s Oakville Campus is home to the Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design, and provides a number of programs in science, technology, health and community studies.
This one hour walking tour will include the following Departments:

This touching comedy explores Fanny Brice’s unlikely rise to stardom in the Ziegfeld Follies as well as her turbulent love life with gambler Nick Arnstein. Shaw Festival calls “Funny Girl” one of the greatest musical scores of all time which includes classics like Don’t Rain on My Parade, I’m the Greatest Star, People and much more.

Mississauga Fire Training Facility
(Garry W. Morden Centre) Tour

The Garry W. Morden Centre, named after Mississauga’s former Fire Chief, is Mississauga Fire’s state-of-the-art teaching and training facility. The 60,000 square foot facility is located on a 37 acre parcel of land.
We will take a guided tour of both the facility and the outdoor fireground to observe Mississauga Fire trainees at work. There will also be a public education information session.
****Please note that participants must be able to walk
at least 1 kilometre outdoors.****
